Organized Groups
A group visit is defined as any group consisting of at least 20 people.
To help you plan your visit to the Invisible House, we have prepared a few useful tips:
- Be sure to make a reservation.
For organised groups, an advance reservation is required. Reservations can be made in person at the Reception of the Invisible House, by phone (+48 883 675 000), or via email (wroclaw.rezerwacje@niewidzialnydom.pl). - Be prepared.
Visiting the Invisible House requires leaving all bags, backpacks, light-emitting devices (such as phones or watches), fluorescent items, and prescription glasses in the deposit lockers. It is worth informing participants of this before arriving at the Invisible House. - Stay organised.
Please note that entry into the Invisible House installation takes place every 15 minutes. If possible, divide the group into smaller subgroups before the visit. - Do not be late.
Groups must arrive exactly 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time—not earlier and not later. Due to limited space in the waiting area, please adhere to this rule. In case of late arrival, the Invisible House reserves the right to refuse entry. - Have any questions? Just ask!
