TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE INVISIBLE HOUSE

§ 1
General Provisions
  1. These Terms and Conditions are an internal legal document governing the rules for visiting the Invisible House.
  2. Unless otherwise stated herein, the following terms shall be understood as defined below:
    1. Invisible House – a tourist attraction located at ul. Strumykowa 5 in Toruń (87-100) and ul. Wita Stwosza 12/2a in Wrocław, operated by Niewidzialny Dom Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Strumykowa 5, 87-100 Toruń, registered under KRS number 0000387729 in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Toruń, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register; REGON: 340917376, NIP: 9562290568;
    2. Reception – the area where Invisible House staff manage booking appointments, sell tickets, assign Guides to groups, provide basic organisational information and explain safety rules;
    3. Visitor – a tourist/client or a group of tourists (adults and children) who have purchased an entry ticket, with a maximum group size of 10 people;
    4. Guide – an employee of the Invisible House responsible for leading the group during the tour;
    5. Visible Zone – the area including the Reception, workshop table, locker deposit and toilets;
    6. Invisible Zone – the area containing the main attraction of the Invisible House, accessible only upon purchasing a ticket.
§ 2
Ticket Booking and Purchase
  1. A valid ticket must be purchased in accordance with the current price list in order to visit the Invisible House.
  2. The current price list, opening hours, and visiting times are available on the website www.niewidzialnydom.pl and at the Reception.
  3. All persons making a reservation must read these Terms and Conditions in advance—either on the website www.niewidzialnydom.pl or at the Reception—prior to ticket purchase and before starting the tour.
  4. By purchasing a ticket, Visitors automatically accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with all provisions contained herein.
  5. Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
  6. Tickets can be reserved and purchased online, by telephone, or in person at the Reception.
  7. When booking, the following information must be provided: name, surname, phone number, email address, and any relevant remarks. A free time slot and number of tickets must then be selected.
  8. Once the booking and ticket purchase are completed correctly, a confirmation email with the ticket will be sent. The ticket must be presented at the Reception either as a printout or in digital form.
  9. In the event of cancellation, tickets are non-refundable.
§ 3
Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
  1. The personal data controller is Niewidzialny Dom Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Strumykowa 5, 87-100 Toruń, registered under KRS number 0000387729 in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register in Toruń; REGON: 340917376, NIP: 9562290568.
  2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of booking tickets and will not be shared with third parties.
  3. The legal basis for data processing is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
  4. Every customer of the Invisible House has the right to:
    1. request access to, rectification or deletion of their personal data, or restriction of its processing;
    2. object to such processing;
    3. data portability;
    4. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
    5. withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
  5. Personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  6. Personal data will be stored by Niewidzialny Dom Sp. z o.o., based at ul. Strumykowa 5, 87-100 Toruń.
  7. Processing of documents containing personal data using encrypted and password-protected portable devices with media encryption is allowed outside the data processing area only with the administrator’s consent.
§ 4
Tour Organisation
  1. The Invisible House can be visited individually or as part of an organised group.
  2. The tour consists of two parts: the Invisible Zone and the Visible (Workshop) Zone. Visitors should allocate approximately 60 minutes for the full experience.
  3. For organisational reasons, Visitors are required to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour. During this time, staff will explain the safety and conduct rules.
  4. Late arrivals may be denied entry even with a valid ticket, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of the group.
  5. Before the tour begins, Visitors must place the following items in designated lockers (free of charge): outerwear, bags and backpacks, glasses and watches, mobile phones, and any items that emit light or sound.
  6. The Invisible House reserves the right to refuse entry to persons who fail to comply with the above.
  7. The Visitor is responsible for the locker key. A fee of PLN 25.00 is charged for lost keys, payable at the Reception.
  8. Visitors may leave their locker key at the Reception, but the Invisible House is not liable for any theft or damage to stored items.
  9. The Invisible House is not liable for any items left on the premises.
  10. The following are strictly prohibited on the premises:
    1. bringing animals (except guide dogs for the blind);
    2. smoking and use of open flames;
    3. bringing and consuming food or beverages;
    4. bringing firearms or sharp objects considered dangerous;
    5. use of musical instruments, radios or any sound equipment;
    6. recording using mobile phones or other devices.
  11. Visitors under the influence of alcohol or other substances will not be admitted.
  12. Visitors enter the tour of their own free will and accept full responsibility for all occurrences during the visit. The Invisible House is not liable for accidents, health issues, material losses, etc., resulting from the specific nature of the experience or failure to comply with the rules provided by staff.
  13. Any individual whose behaviour threatens the safety of others, disrupts the tour, or violates general public conduct norms may be asked to leave without any refund.
  14. Group sizes range from 2 to a maximum of 11 people. For safety reasons, Visitors must follow all instructions from the Guide.
  15. The experience is intended for persons aged 9 and above. In exceptional cases, children aged 8 may be admitted under parental supervision and with Reception approval.
  16. Parents/legal guardians or group supervisors are fully responsible for minors.
  17. In emergencies (e.g., fear, malaise), the Visitor has the right to leave the tour at any time by informing the Guide, who will escort them to the Visible Zone.
  18. If a Visitor decides to leave the tour at any stage, the ticket cost is non-refundable.
  19. For safety reasons, CCTV is in operation in the Visible Zone.
§ 5
Visitors with Disabilities
  1. Blind persons are entitled to free entry to the Invisible Zone upon presentation of a disability card and prior booking.
  2. Persons with mild to moderate hearing impairments may purchase discounted tickets upon presentation of a disability card.
  3. Due to the nature of the attraction and for safety reasons, persons with severe or profound hearing impairments are discouraged from visiting.
  4. The facility is accessible to persons with reduced mobility. Prior consultation is required to ensure safety arrangements (e.g., an additional carer/guide for wheelchair users).
  5. Due to safety concerns, individuals using crutches cannot participate in the tour.
  6. Visitors with disabilities including autism, Asperger’s syndrome or other conditions must consult Reception staff before booking.
  7. Carers of disabled persons are eligible for discounted tickets.
§ 6
Final Provisions
  1. All content, materials, and graphic elements on the website www.niewidzialnydom.pl are protected by copyright and are the property of Niewidzialny Dom Sp. z o.o., the owner of the Invisible House brand.
  2. Visitors are asked not to disclose details about the attraction, to avoid influencing the experience of future guests.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.niewidzialnydom.pl and at the Reception.
  4. Any matters not covered herein shall be governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
