Visitors making a reservation are required to read and comply with the regulations of the Invisible House.
For organizational purposes, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. During this time, a staff member of the Invisible House will provide instructions and explain the rules for the tour.
Before the tour begins, visitors must place their outerwear, bags, backpacks, glasses, watches, mobile phones, and any items that emit light or sound in specially prepared lockable lockers.
The Invisible House tour is designed for adults and children aged 9 and older. For minors, parents/legal guardians and/or group supervisors are responsible for their safety. The Invisible House is not liable for any damage to property or personal injuries caused by visitors.
Tour groups consist of a maximum of 10 people. For safety reasons, visitors are required to follow the rules, recommendations, and instructions given by the guides of the Invisible House.
The tour of the Invisible House consists of two parts: the “invisible” experience and the “visible/workshop” section. Visitors should plan for approximately 60 minutes for the entire experience.
